Established in 1997 by Sonja Rubin and Kip Chapelle, RUBIN & CHAPELLE produces clothing and accessories in Italy and the USA.   RUBIN & CHAPELLE is passionate about designing products for women and men who appreciate and insist upon true style and sophistication.

In 2002, RUBIN & CHAPELLE opened their eponymous retail space in New York’s “Meatpacking District”, designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf.  In 2011, RUBIN & CHAPELLE opened their second store in Malibu, CA also designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf.  The duo has been inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America and has received a number of awards from institutions including: Fashion Group International, the Smithsonian, and the city of Vienna, Austria.  

 Facts:

-Designers Sonja Rubin and Kip Chapelle founded Rubin Chapelle in 1997

-They opened their first store in 2002 in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf.
